Not all Yoga studios are the same, and not every student feels comfortable in every studio.  The fear and the hesitation for many students is to feel they fit in the studio’s philosophy and not put in postures that only highlight their limitations.

If you are not comfortable in any other studio, I invite you to join our studio.  My objective is for you to feel comfortable in your body, create more mobility, dissolve the tension, feel whole and better after your practice and function in your life without injuries, muscle pulls and know how to recover quickly and especially become conscious of your alignment and what makes you feel better.   So this is the real deal, no belts or whistles, laid back, quiet Yoga studio where we frequently experience all the limbs of Yoga, gently lean towards our edge, be playful, build connections and support with other students and trust that you are being watched closely to keep you injury free!  Making you feel better, recover quicker from your injuries, not be defined by your limitations but rather be inspired is at the core of who we are!  We can’t wait for you to join our  little Yoga Community!
