Our gut is responsible for transforming what we eat into the energy we feel.  Our gut is the engine that depicts the state of our health; ancients knew that if we could heal our gut, we could be disease free.  While what we eat matters a great deal to the health of our gut, the one major factor that can undermine our gut health in consequential ways is our emotional health. We are conditioned to ignore our emotional health and to push them away leaving us puzzled as to why our gut health does not improve even when we believe we are eating healthy and doing everything we know to do.  Come join me in this interactive session to learn to tune into the subtle parts of our being and its effect on the health of our gut.
