Community Ayurvedic Cleanse - April 21st - 30th
Cleansing this Spring is particularly meaningful due to all we have experienced this last year. A re-set is much needed to unload the weight and baggage and march into our future feeling lighter, clearer and inspired.
The cleanse consists of 4 days for Pre-Cleanse, 3 days for the actual cleanse and 2 days of post-cleanse. I will be offering 3 on line sessions to guide and support you throughout the cleanse. All sessions will be held at 5pm, include Breathing and Detox Yoga and will be recorded in case you miss a session. Below are the details:
- Orientation, Wednesday, April 21st, 5pm, Introduction to the cleanse and everything you need to get started.
- Mid Cleanse Q&A and Check In, Tues. April 27th, 5pm
- Post Cleanse Q&A and Check in. Thurs, April 29th, 5pm
Once you register, you will receive the Cleanse e-book detailing the entire process with recipes and frequently asked Q&A, and you will have ample time to order needed herbs before beginning the cleanse. Must register by April 14th!
Change Your Beliefs: Change Your Life, Tuesday May 25th, 4-7pm.

With the insightful and deep exploration, this workshop will give you the "light" to see the hidden beliefs and how they are creating the discord and turmoil in your present reality; how to know when it is okay to let go of those beliefs without guilt or shame, and how to replace them with new beliefs with confidence and clarity.
When we speak about trauma or conditioned response, we subconsciously "form" beliefs that run our lives until we become aware of them.

Healing to Become Whole!
What incredible times and incredible opportunity we have to become whole and a truer version of who we are designed to be. Amidst all the things that are changing is our collective Consciousness. This upgrade is allowing us to choose to heal instead of living in the prison of our wounds, traumas and the past. The blessing of the uncertainty, fear and all the upheaval is necessitating that we become present in the NOW, that we trust, that we go within ourselves and tap into the reservoir of Love and Light that we are made of.
To say this isn't easy would be to undermine the difficulty in making changes and the depth of the pain that humanity is going through. Bur we bein as we are and where we are. We become present to what shows up.
This shift into being a 5th Dimension being asks that we become Whole; its asking that we take ownership of all the parts of ourselves that we had abandoned. Self care and self love holds a whole new meaning in this context. While we may have started to take care of ourselves physically, there is much dire need for Emotional Self care.
That's what this program is about. Its about cultivating the attributes to gain emotional and Spiritual Immunity. Its really about our deep connection with the Source and representing it through us to the world.
The collective shift needs all of us to shift and be the change that we are seeking. Healing is about uniting, about love and about finding forgiveness. Until we heal these within ourselves, we will continuously be adversely affected by the external. We will be using the 6A technique read more here,t , breath work, guided meditations and group work for reflection and sharing, and much more to uplift and upgrade into higher vibration.
This work is a process, we begin where we are and as we are. This is deep inner work, when we begin to travel inward, it captures our attention and awareness, moreover it changes us in ways that we may never have imagined. We begin to see the richness or life we are living.
What we have been experiencing is FEAR, Mistrust, Confusion, unstable, anxious, uncertain, lonely - abandoned, and victimized. These are energies that have been seeking to be free for thousands of years and now we can free them in Love.
The 5th Dimension is about LOVE. In that realm, we trust, we are grateful, we feel our own power, we are united, we flow and grow together. What qualities do we need to cultivate to be in that world.
We agree by joining the course that we will maintain confidentiality of the participants and support one another.

Session 1 : Attitude of Gratitude
Believing in silver lining in the clouds, dropping down to the basics that you may have taken from granted, its about developing the ability to see what's right and working instead of what's wrong and not working. It's about finding blessings in your challenges and that each set back is a stepping stone. This stops us from complaining and perpetuating the pain and suffering. Most of us have at least know or grew up with one person who was always negative - we have been conditioned to complain, we wear it like a badge of honor, almost trying to validate our existence.
Session 2: Finding Forgiveness
Do we need this or what? Often misunderstood, we falsely believe that we need to forgive others. Who are we to forgive anyone? When we look deep into our own judgments, we realize that its really me who I need to forgive. Getting out the victim mentality and realizing and that we have FREE will and no - one can hurt us without our permission. Its about getting out of that triangle or dynamic of being a victim. Claiming our own power. Imaging if more and more of us did that, there will be no blame game, no guilt and shame, no arrogance but deeper love and humility. Talk about worthlessness here.
Session 3 Becoming Love
Cultivating the heart qualities, tuning into the knowing in the heart and developing a relationship with your knowing that can serve us in our life. This is where its' at in the 5th Dimension - a LOVE based realm. We think the worst and feel abandoned by love. Trusting in the bigger picture and surrendering to the higher order, letting go and getting out of the way. This is how we connect to the Source
