1. To make best use of our time together, fill out the questionnaire. I maintain high confidentiality for my clients, so be as open as you can.  (Your session is not confirmed until this is filled out).  
2. I am happy to offer one FREE session per person. No show will count as a session.
3. Please arrive on time, we only have 30 min together.
